Emigremos hacia nuestras raices...

I have emigrated a lot in my blogging and knitting forays during the years that the idea of writing and sharing this hobby with others began. First by different pseudonyms, which at the time identified me with my personality, then with the country where I was born until I reached Entwined Mar, which means, "Interlaced Sea".  The word Entwined is in English because it is the language that I have spoken more than half of my life, the one that I use the most living in this distant land and with which I identify a lot.

I explain that above because in this process of resuming the blog and my online social life, I want to emigrate a little more towards Spanish, this being the first language in which I want to write and / or speak, so just like that, we continue in reverse form...

I finished the #cachaielkal of September, we came out gracefully, I finished well, in addition to now meeting hundreds of Chilean podcasters, dyers, designers and weavers. The list is so large that I'll have a lot of time to entertain myself listening and visiting them on Instagram, while I knit. The exposure to the world of knitting within Chile was really rewarding, something that I knew very little about.  I finished with flying colors with Susana Lobos' payed design - Latifolia Cowl.  I showed some of the progress in the previous post, but above is a photo for you to see it better. Really wonderful, I have a certain fascination with lace cowls, it almost makes me think of the white lace stockings that my grandmother, whom I called #MamiIsabel, used to make me wear.

And now, what do I have on my needles?  I said the other day that I am becoming a sports knitter, because I have started a lot of projects at once.   I have started 2 #justavest from @CarmenTye - both with variations and changes, which is very common in me. I usually adjust the patterns to my taste and comfort.  I also have some socks that I almost finish and which I want to write the pattern, maybe not for payment, but to share them because I loved how they turned out. we'll see!
