Entwined Mar

Con respecto al tejido…  …He tejido unas medias con lana de Patons kroy socks en color gris con punteras/talón/banda en tonos verdes/plomos de contraste.   Fáciles de tejer si tienen base solita de tejido de calcetines.  El patrón estará muy pronto en ravelry a su dispocisión, primero como promoción gratis por tres días y luego como patrón de pago.   Atent@s a eso!!!

 He emigrado mucho en mis incursiones bloggeras y de tejidos durante los años que comenzo la idea de escribir y compartir con otros esta aficción.  Primero por distintos seudonimos, que en su momento me identificaban con la personalidad, luego con el pais donde nací hasta llegar a Entwined Mar que significa, "Mar entrelazada".   Entwined esta en Ingles porque es el idioma que he hablado mas de la mitad de mi vida, el que mas uso viviendo en esta tierra lejana y con el que me identifico muchisimo. Explico eso arriba porque en este proceso de retomar el blog y mi vida social en linea, quiero emigrar un poco mas hacia el Español, siendo este el primer lenguaje en el que quiero escribir y/o hablar,  Así que así sin más, seguimos invertidamente...

It's been a very long time my dears, I feel like it has been a decade, but I know it has only been over a year since I step foot in this place, my safe place, my happy place! This past year has been hectic, busy to the max, I was the adult in charge of having three kids at home for schooling.  My sister needed help and I had to, I'm a big sucker for those kids, they are the cutest thing ever and as I always repeat, I like the bad life!! 🙊 This hard season was a time to reflect, review and evaluate priorities.  I have come to termns that I love to Blog, even though I do not do it often.  Despúes del exilio... It is not that I do not want to blog any more, just that life is so busy outside the cyber space that seems like I cannot catch up.  The pandemic has almost the whole family home all the time and between caring for them and gardening, my time is very limited.  No es que no quiera escribir más en el blog, solo que la vida está tan ocupada fuera del ciberespacio que parece que no puedo ponerme al día. I have been MIA for a while, enjoying everything that is outside of the cyber world, this was not to be forever but as a vacation to enjoy the holidays and of course the family that had time off from school and work. Starting this year I have modified a bit the blog to start afresh and also to give me motivation to create and tell you a bit more about it with a new atmosphere. Things that changed are: 1.- Blog theme 2.- Blogs I go to, to learn, to entertain & to discover. Also this year my word to live by came super late, just the weekend before New Year's,  •••embrace yourself••• •••this is an amazing challenging one••• FOCUS To be FOCUS is super challenging, I have so much to learn from this.  I have pride myself to be organize but now that this word came to challenge me, I see that there is so much to learn and improve. I love Christmas.  It is part of my DNA, because of Christmas I am who I am. So many ways to celebrate, every single family that looks after this holiday has their own tradition, many involves presents and with that, let me give you a nice customized way of making your own personalized present to your love ones. At home we have a Silhouette Cameo for about 4 yeas now,  it is not new, we want to buy the Cricut Maker, that one is a beast, but for now we use what we have.  This machine cuts anything you want on paper, vinyl, light plastic and also writes anything you send from a computer with the right tools, which at home we have.  With the Silhouette we usually decorate the dinning wall for Thanksgiving/Fall & Christmas But you can also create all kinds of things, like a customized ornament.   This is my family ornament of last year that we brought back to our Christmas tree this year, They are not that hard to make, in m...
